Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering an album does not mean you'll receive it before the rest of the world. In fact, depending on where you live and the ship date, you may not get the album until after its official release date. All pre-order products will display an expected "SHIPS ON OR AROUND" date in the product description, which is subject to change, due to unexpected delays, beyond our control. Additional items purchased on the same ticket as a pre-order will not ship until the time specified in the description of the pre-ordered item.

Items with the "Final Run" tag are not eligible for exchanges.  

Vinyl & Posters

Vinyl records and posters are pristine when packed. Please be aware we DO NOT issue refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic damage, such as corner dings, bends, split inserts, and so on. We pack our vinyl and posters securely and carefully in custom crafted boxes and tubes, but in some cases this type of wear is simply unavoidable during transit.

“Do you remember my name?” asks songwriter Tyler Asay on “The Anniversaries”, the first single from The Tisburys’ new album, ‘A Still Life Revisited’. Recorded at Dr. Dog’s Mt. Slippery studio in the suburbs of Philadelphia with their longtime engineer/producer Justin Nazario, ‘A Still Life Revisited’ is The Tisburys’ most collaborative effort to date. In an era where “bands” are seen as one individual, this is truly a “band record” with every member contributing songwriting and production ideas (especially from longtime lead guitarist John Domenico and keyboardist/co-producer Jason McGovern).

“The goal with this record was ‘everything in its right place” says Asay. “Every instrument is playing its part and every song came together like a puzzle”. While their last album (2022’s ‘Exile On Main Street’) channeled 90s radio rock such as Gin Blossoms and The Replacements, ‘A Still Life Revisited’ pushes into the aughts with the rustic bombast of millennial indie such as Frightened Rabbit and The Hold Steady. With themes that tackle memory & chosen family, ‘A Still Life Revisited’ overflows with songs that can find home in both packed dive bars and stadiums. It’s about looking back at your life, the choices and decisions you’ve made, and celebrating where you ended up today. The album was mixed by Phil Joly (The Strokes, Daft Punk, Lana Del Rey), mastered by Ryan Schwabe (Beach Bunny, Slaughter Beach Dog, Hop Along).  

With a physical release date of April 25th, 2025, ‘A Still Life Revisited’ is being jointly released by Double Helix Records and SofaBurn Records.

In addition to a physical release on CD, ‘A Still Life Revisited’ is available as a limited-edition Cloudy Blue vinyl LP and black vinyl LP.
